I have been an Arizona attorney for 30+ years. My practice focuses exclusively on landlord/tenant law.

My book, the Arizona Landlord’s Deskbook, has been in continuous publication since 1992 and the current edition (the 6th edition) is widely used by lawyers, judges, and other real estate practitioners throughout Arizona.

I give seminars about Arizona landlord/tenant law:
(1) I am certified by the Arizona Department of Real Estate as a real estate instructor.
(2) I am certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a Continuing Legal Education instructor.
